Moshe is an active investor with an entrepreneurial spirit. He co-founded SHEFA Capital, a venture growth fund focused on Deep Tech, and Tantel Group, one of the most active Private Equity firms in East Africa. Additionally, Moshe was a seed investor in several prolific fintech companies.
Eitan Lavie is highly experienced in complicated ventures and investments as both an entrepreneur and investor. During the last decade, Eitan has been focusing on creating strategic alliances and technological collaborations in Asia, and within his current activity, Eitan is also a co-founder of the Capro cashew processing initiative.
Eldad Erel is an entrepreneur and co-founder of the Navot initiative. For the past 17 years, Erel has been managing various activities of the parent company in Africa, Hong Kong, China and Thailand. During 2015 Eldad started to work on the Capro plant initiative where he developed expertise of cashew production and automated processes. Erel s experience includes erecting a 15,000 tone plant in Tiebissou.
Stefano Massari is an expert when it comes to cashew processing and technology and will be allocated Head of Navots Technological Unit. Stefano served 36 years as the Managing Partner of OltreMare. Having an extensive experience in maintenance services and Cashew processes. Additionally, Stefano founded NCP Group, a global player in nuts cleaning and packaging.
Jos Adriaanse will be Navot’s Head of Advisory and Sales. Adriaanse has vast experience working in sales and negotiating forward contracting and off take agreements within the cashew industry. In an increasing era of veganism and wellness, Adriaanse sees the growth potential and versatility for cashews as an alternative to milk, butter and cream products.
Pieter Tiasse will take the lead of Quality Assurance and Production Manager, to set the initial policy of the work of Navot. Tiasse has significant global experience in the cashew and snack industry, with expertise in the management and processing units. The Oltrem Mare processing technology brings with it new challenges, and Mr Tiassewill play an instrumental role in implementing the technology among the workers and management team.
With a background in International Economics and Trade, a passion for Technology, George heads Tantel with a distinct Vision and industrious mindset for illustrious development projects. Prior to Heading Tantel, George founded several active companies in Tanzania and was a Senior Manager at a Global ICT firm, managing select portfolios for the company's corporate and public sector clients in the country.
